I’m Todd Platt — a Project Manager and Delivery Lead with 25 years in IT. I lead a global team of 10+ engineers building cloud-based contact center platforms at Perficient, while also serving as Delivery Lead on several large-scale contact center implementations. I manage the full SDLC, keep customers aligned, and make sure complex systems hold steady when the pressure ramps up.
Outside of work I’m always building something. Right now that’s Python, automation, and AI-assisted development — tools I actually use, running on a small army of Raspberry Pis in my home lab. AI is my multiplier; it helps me build faster, smarter, and cleaner than I could alone.
When I’m not in tech mode, I’m playing guitar (35+ years), smoking anything that fits on a grill, or obsessing over the perfect pizza crust. The quest for elite dough never ends.
A Disney World park intelligence dashboard that turns live wait time data into actionable crowd insight. Wait times across all four parks are pulled every 3 minutes and fed into a normalized crowd index built on historical baselines, day-of-week patterns, and seasonal multipliers. Claude-powered AI summaries explain current conditions in plain English, while a Day Optimizer builds a personalized rope drop strategy with a timed arrival and ordered ride list. Runs self-hosted on a Raspberry Pi with a PostgreSQL warehouse that gets smarter as data accumulates.

Custom Twilio IVR system for routing incoming calls to our travel consulting business. Built with intelligent call flows that direct customers to the right consultant based on their selection. Simple, effective, and way cheaper than traditional phone systems.
A community-driven web app for mapping Christmas light displays around Lafayette, LA. Homeowners register their display through a public form, which gets geocoded and pinned on an interactive Leaflet.js map after admin approval. Built with Flask, SQLite, and Docker.
A Pokemon card collection tracker with AI-powered card scanning and automatic market pricing. Upload a photo of any card and Claude Vision extracts the details — name, HP, attacks, rarity, and set — while live TCGPlayer pricing tracks your collection's net worth. Built for multiple collectors with individual accounts and an admin view.
Lead a global team of 10+ developers and support engineers delivering features for cloud-based contact center platforms built on AWS Lambda with JavaScript and Python. Manage complete SDLC, facilitate Agile standups, lead monthly client calls, and troubleshoot production issues.
Led and managed a global team of up to 11 members for cloud and on-premises contact center solution support, coordinating with Development and QA on quarterly releases.
Moved into management leading the support team for Clarity Connect, Perficient's legacy contact center platform. Handled customer meetings, contract discussions, and escalations while working closely with developers on patch releases and bug fixes. Managed both the people side of the team and the administrative operations of the support organization.
Provided worldwide technical support to 300+ customers running Clarity Connect, a contact center platform integrated with Skype for Business across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities spanned IVR builds, new platform implementations, and deep troubleshooting across Skype for Business, SQL, SSL certificates, Active Directory, and server infrastructure. Identified and escalated product bugs to the development team.
